Am I the A-hole for needing my friends to always help me with chores?

My roommates and I have been living together for about six months. We've made a decent agreement where we each take turns doing the laundry, but lately, it feels like I'm always the one handling the work. Last week, my friend totally forgot to do their turn. I got really frustrated because they just didn't even notice. I told them that it was rude, and they started arguing. Now, they're saying I'm overreacting. Am I really the asshole here?

Should I just let it go?
